Abstract

Gravitational lensing has been established as one of the most
powerful tools to explore the Universe which is dominated by
dark matter. Thanks to the progress of wide-field imaging
surveys, gravitational lens studies are rapidly evolving, and
we are facing a challenge of handling big survey data. In this
talk, I will review the current status of gravitational lens
studies, as well as some attempts to apply big data science
techniques to these studies, including deep learning and sparse
modeling.
